Disclosures

How this site is funded, what is sold on it, and what is not.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Nothing on DUI.law is currently sold, sponsored or paid for. There is no advertising, no attorney placement, no sponsored content and no affiliate arrangement. No law firm has paid to appear here, because no law firm appears here.

01How the platform is funded

DUI.law is operated by AJK Media, Inc. which builds and runs a group of legal-information platforms. This site is currently pre-revenue: it is funded by the company, and nothing on it is for sale to consumers.

The intended future model is disclosed below rather than left implied, so that a reader can judge the material knowing what the business would eventually like to happen.

02The intended model, stated in advance

The plan is for participating law firms to pay for placement on the pages covering the counties they practise in — one firm per county, on a monthly subscription. That is not running today. When it does, three things will be true and this page will say so specifically:

Placement is advertising, and it will be labelled as such. A firm appearing on a page will have paid to be there. It will not be described as “matched”, “recommended”, “selected” or “vetted” unless a real process behind those words exists and is described here.

Nothing is sent to a firm unless you ask. Contact would be opt-in, and the page would say what is being sent before it is sent.

Paying does not change the law. No figure, page or Roadmap step is influenced by whether a firm has paid. Legal figures come from official sources with a citation and a date, and that pipeline has no commercial input.

03What the Roadmap is not

The Roadmap is not a lead-capture form. It asks no name, no email address and no phone number, it stores nothing, and it does not send anything to anyone. There is currently no attorney pathway on the site at all.

05No relationship with law enforcement or agencies

DUI.law is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any police department, prosecutor, court, motor-vehicle department or licensing agency. Official sources are cited and linked so they can be read at source; the citation is not an endorsement in either direction.
